MIE Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. founded in 1919 is an integrated organization of designer, fabricator and constructor of process plants and equipment for power plant, refinery, petro-chemical and other chemical process industries.

Through efforts over 85 years, MIE Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. has established optimum design technology and unique fabrication system for dependable products, paying stringent attentions to cost, schedule and quality.

MIE Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. has extensive experience and know-how with respect to the design, thermodynamic calculation and fabrication technology of all components for equipment.

MIE Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. is also staffed by a large number of experienced experts and qualified engineers and technicians. With the rich store of know-how and the latest facilities available to draw upon, our staff is dedicated to the manufacture of reliable, high-quality equipment in an effort to meet the varied and exacting needs of clients.

Our Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001 by ISO Registration Center of THE HIGH PRESSURE GAS SAFETY INSTITUTE OF JAPAN(KHK-ISO Center).

As a member of the HTRI (Heat Transfer Research, Inc.) and we are licensed to produce the ConocoPhillips RODbaffle ®heat exchangers, and Lummus Technology Heat Transfer Helixchanger® heat exchangers.

MIE Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. has at its disposal the most extensive and up-to-data computer programs for virtually and heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid flow, pressure drop and vibration calculations.

We also use originally developed unique computer programs for mechanical design, optimizing tube layout geometries, wind load analysis, seismic analysis and Cad systems to ensure optimum solutions and short engineering time. We utilize popular Auto Cad software of our drawings.

3.Facilities


Our headquarters factory is located in central parts of Japan, Yokkaichi City, Mie Pref., with 20,000sq.M roofed area on 33,000sq.M of land.
Our facilities encompass the latest in modern machining centers and CNC machines to ensure high-precision and high-efficiency and fabricating techniques, welding procedures, stringent QA/QC programs.

4. Materials of Construction


MIE Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. virtually all metals used in construction, including carbon and low alloy steels, austenitic, ferritic and two-phase grades of stainless steel, nickel alloys(monel ,inconel, incoloy, hastelloy, carpenter),copper alloys(cupro-nickel, alumi-bronze, brass),titanium and titanium alloys. We also fabricate stainless clad, nickel alloy clad, copper alloy clad and titanium cladded materials.
